We're truly excited to bring you a new release from one of our all time favorite labels, Parisian imprint Versatile. We have two tracks from The Big Crunch Theory, Lisa Li-Lund's new project with producer and Versatile label head Gilb'R. There's also a smokin hot remix of 'Arrows' from DFA cohort Juan McLean. The album is called '1992' and is out here in the states on May 2nd, so let's call this a sneak preview.

In physical cosmology, the Big Crunch is one possible scenario for the ultimate fate of the universe, in which the metric expansion of space eventually reverses and the universe recolapses, ultimately ending as a black hole singularity. The Big Crunch Theory is also Lisa Li-Lund's new project with producer Gilb'R, head of Parisian record label Versatile. Born in Lisa's mind long before a call from Gilbert, in collaboration with Paris' elite musicians, TBCT is far from theoretical. It is a tangible, shifting and ever shaping sound, part of lisa, Gilbert, and everyone else it has bad will continue to pick up on the way.

Brought to you by numbers, American Hip-Hop, the Year 1992, dribs on the Pacific Coast Highway in California and too many nights in Paris, TBCT is not just the title for the concept, but the perpetual energy of such an astounding team of people.
